At N° 37 Coffee Roasters, our journey began with a deep appreciation for the rich, diverse, and often-undiscovered world of Indian coffee. Grown in the lush, shaded estates of regions like Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu, Indian beans possess unique characteristics influenced by their monsoon-fed origins and traditional farming methods. Unlike many coffees, Indian beans often boast a full body, low acidity, and intriguing notes of spice, chocolate, and the all too familiar hint of floral sweetness.
